2024 promises to be an extremely exciting and busy year. Collaborating with partners worldwide, we are committed to leveraging our collective strength and knowledge to work towards a sustainable and liveable future.

This report provides a comprehensive overview of the third year of implementation (months 25-36) and how we are operationalizing our ToC. With two years to go, results in 2023 indicate that the FfJF programme is largely on track and that the alliance is well on its way to achieving the results that it set for programme end in 2025.

It is with great pleasure that we present the midterm review (MTR) report of the Forests for a Just Future (FfjF) programme. The GLA is happy and proud that many of the findings and conclusions in the MTR report show significant achievements and progress made so far. It contains countless examples of the impactful work of GLA partners in the different countries and landscapes and highlights the vital importance of this programme in meeting not only the Netherland's but global climate & biodiversity goals.

GLA is happy to share the annual plan 2023 of the Forests for a Just Future programme. This plan provides a comprehensive snapshot of the Alliance's plans for the next 12 months, from January to December 2023. It will be another important year in which, in addition to programme implementation, the Alliance will conduct a mid-term review (MTR) that will inform the second half of the programme and provide guidance to further deepen and fine-tune our strategies and collaborations.

The 2022 annual report provides a comprehensive overview of the programme 24 months into implementation and how we are operationalizing our ToC. Overall, despite several complicated and worrisome international, national and local circumstances, the FfJF programme was well on track in 2022.

The Green Livelihoods Alliance is pleased to present the Forests for a Just Future 2022 annual plan. We are looking forward to another year of working with Civil Society Organisations (CSOs) and communities all over the world on protecting and restoring valuable forest landscapes.

This report provides a comprehensive summary of the programme 12 months into implementation and how we are operationalizing our ToC. In general, by the end of the year, implementation was well on track in all countries and the local-to-global-to-local (LGL) thematic programmes and policy dossiers.

The baseline report presents the analysis and general recommendations based on the baseline data collected from the GLA countries and LGL themes between July and September 2021. The report bases its analysis on the consolidated data and also includes an annex with a country-level infographic with some key data per country.
